2019 SNA-WI Fall Conference - Vendor Registration


The SNA-WI Table Top Show will again be combined with the Department of Public Instruction’s (DPI) Direct Diversion Processor Food Show!

Vendor set-up for booths and/or tables will be from 9:00 am-12:00 pm on Tuesday, November 5. This year we will have a two and a half-hour display time from 12:30-3:00 pm. This event is geared primarily towards Director level members. We hope that you will join us to promote your company’s products and services and show your support to the membership as the 2019-20 school year begins.

  • Table-top Displays - Complimentary for Gold and Silver Members/$100 for regular industry members.

Kitchen Use Form
Vendors are encouraged to prepare in advance as much as possible or serve ready to eat food since kitchen use is extremely limited this year due to non-compliant vendors in year's past. We kindly ask that your hotel kitchen footprint be reduced if possible, to allow for servicing of all guests. Please designate no more than 2 people per broker or independent for kitchen access. Oven and stove top use will be extremely limited. The hotel will supply hot boxes, banquet cooler space and service hallway sinks. Vendors must supply all of their own utensils, pots, pans, serving dishes, etc. Badges will be enforced this year for kitchen access. Kitchen use forms will be required from any vendor requiring use of the Marriott kitchen. Click here for KITCHEN USE FORM. Please return forms to the Madison Marriott West directly by fax to 608-831-6837 by October 22Failure to to fill out and return the form to the venue by the deadline, will result in not being able to use the kitchen at all.

Please remember: Vendor Event Regulations must be followed in their entirety or your display will be removed from the show. See separate sheet of regulations for details.

Cancellations must be received on or before October 14, to the SNA-WI office. Please send by email at or by fax to 920-882-3655. All cancellations will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after October 14, 2019.
