SNA-WI/School Nutrition Association Outstanding Director of the Year Award

This award is intended to recognize school food service and nutrition directors at the local and National levels. A director may be nominated if he or she meets the following criteria:

• Director of school food service for at least 10 years
• Member of the School Nutrition Association and their state association for the past 5 years
• Served in at least one position on the state or national executive board or on the School Nutrition Association national committee or state committee.
• Involved in their community by sharing their food service knowledge and expertise.
• Must be School Nutrition Association certified. Credentialed as a School Food and Nutrition Specialist (SFNS) is preferred.

Please submit your application by February 15, 2008 to your Chapter President. Your Chapter President will forward this on to SNA-WI by March 1, 2008.
