information to the SNA-WI Board of Directors.
Level 2 Certification requires ten (10) hours of training in each Nutrition Education and Safety & Sanitation. SNA-WI traditionally offers approved courses for these in conjunction with the Annual State Conference. These courses are also offered other times throughout the year.
Note:We have posted as many known upcoming trainings here, and request that information be sent to the SNA-WI office to add to these sections if there are others not listed. Please help us keep this section up to date.

Level 2 Certification also requires additional training in each of the Key Areas as dictated by SNA. Keys to Excellence is a best practice standards tool for school nutrition professionals to use to assess, benchmark, and improve their school food and nutrition operations. Attendees of the SNA-WI Annual State Conference can obtain needed hours by attending the keynote and breakout presentations offered, and also by taking other courses that fall into these categories.
