Rates: Members = $100 / Non-Members = $125 / Students = $50 (late fee of $15 if postmarked after Feb. 8th)
Rooms: Rates are $90/night for single or double accommodations including 4 waterpark passes, check-in time of noon, free wireless internet access and free breakfast. (rooms without passes are $80/night). Check-in is 4 pm, check-out is 11 am.
Reservations: A block of rooms is being held for SNA-WI attendees until February 8, 2010. The conference registration fee does not include room reservations; you must call the hotel directly. The rate cannot be guaranteed after this date, call early!
Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds must be in writing. A $30 cancellation fee will be assessed for cancellations received after February 8, 2010, but not less than 72 hours prior to the conference. There will be no refunds without a 72-hour notice of cancellation.
