Fall Conference Chair
SNA of Wisconsin hosted the Fall Conference on November 10th & 11th at the Howard Johnson Antigua Bay Resort in Wisconsin Dells. We were happy to see approximately 100 members in attendance.
Conference participants had a chance to see new products displayed by 32 vendors on Thursday evening. Also on Thursday evening, there was a panel discussion on wellness policies, healthy ala carte choices and tiered meals.
Friday was a full day filled with financial information presented by Mary Breckenridge and Mike Rosenberger from the National Food Service Management Institute. The conference concluded with some great information on effectively communicating with your business manager or superintendent. This was presented by Sue Malesa and Mark Van Der Zee, Food Service Director and Business Manager, respectively, with Neenah Schools.
The Fall Conference Committee hopes everyone found the material presented useful and helpful.
We look forward to seeing everyone at the Spring Conference.
