•DPI audits School Districts – SD have to justify what’s on their menu at the risk of losing reimbursement. SD buys from mfgs, DPI wants proof from mfgs. Elec sheets of SSoFs.
•Mfg name and item number, research to click – produce letter
•Ask Industry at Annual Conference to provide these
